For work-focused stays, the home includes several dedicated workstations equipped with external monitors, making it ideal for corporate retreats, team off-sites, and remote work trips. There’s plenty of space to collaborate, focus, and recharge. When it’s time to relax and have fun, you’ll be spoiled for choice. If you need anything at all during your stay, we’re just a message away. Our goal is to make your experience as comfortable, seamless, and stress-free as possible. We love welcoming pets and do so on a case-by-case basis. To keep the home fresh for every guest, there is a $250 pet cleaning fee, and all pets must be approved prior to arrival. Please note that unauthorized pets will incur an additional $250 fee. For your safety and peace of mind, the property includes modern smart-home features such as smart locks, smart doorbells, smart thermostats, smart TVs, motion-activated floodlights, and exterior street-facing cameras. You’ll also enjoy driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles, along with ample free street parking for any additional cars. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. A minimum $250 deep-cleaning fee will apply for any violation of this policy.
